- 01Simply click on the “SIGN UP” button and fill out the form.
- 02All our payments are processed through Stripe, Bank Transfer or Cash/Card Payment. For Stripe we’ll send you a payment link in your welcome/confirmation email. Please ensure you set up your payments prior to your first clean, as this can lead to a delay in your first clean.
- 03Once we receive the information you submit, you will receive a confirmation email or text within 48 hours confirming the schedule of your first cleaning
- 04You don’t have to be in when we clean – Just make sure the bins are accessible and where we can find them. We bring everything with us, and after we’ve gone, the only evidence we were ever there is a clean and fresh smelling bin.
- 05We operate on a 4-week cycle with two rounds, spending two weeks on each round to clean both coloured wheelie bins on their collection day. Your waiting time will depend on where we are in our cycle when you sign up.
- 06We understand that sometimes you may need to skip a cleaning for reasons like a missed collection or financial concerns. However, if skipping becomes a regular occurrence, we will unfortunately have to remove you from our round. Our schedule is extremely busy, and when we travel to your home only to be told the bin doesn’t need cleaning, it’s a waste of both time and resources. Frequent skips affect our daily income and hinder our ability to employ staff, which ultimately impacts the service we can offer to all customers. We pride ourselves on providing the best wheelie bin cleaning service in Thanet, and we consistently attract new customers. If you choose to risk being removed from our schedule, please understand that we may not be able to offer you our services again in future.
